EMBROIDERY

From hats and shirts to towels and robes, Z Sky will embellish garments with your logo and make your company stand out with quality embroidery at competitive prices. Z Sky offers digitizing for your convenience and will always give you a sample sew out for your approval prior to processing your order.

DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING

Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized inkjet technology. Specialty inks that are applied to the textile directly and are absorbed by the fibers. Direct to garment printing boasts the largest print area, and very cost effective full color designs.
Art used can be a .jpg, .pdf, .psd, .cdr, .eps, or .ai file type. Photograph images of at least 300 dpi can be printed as well. At Z Sky there are no set up charges, and no minimum quantities for DTG printing.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Z Sky can brand almost anything with a company's name or logo to be used for promotion. Common items include, caps, keychains, posters, bumper stickers, pens, or mugs. The largest product category for promotional products is wearable items, which make up more than 30% of the total.
Most promotional items are relatively small and inexpensive, but can range to higher-end items. Brand awareness is the most common use for promotional items. Other objectives that marketers use promotional items to facilitate include employee relations and events, tradeshow traffic-building, public relations, new customer generation, dealer and distributor programs, new product introductions, employee service awards, not-for-profit programs, internal incentive programs, safety education, customer referrals, and marketing research.

SCREEN PRINTING
